- Annual Board of Director meetings are held at 4:30pm on the first Friday in January:

- January 1st, 2021 (Subject to Change)
- Bi-monthly Board of Officer meetings are held at 4:30pm on the first Friday of every other month;
- January 4th, 2019
- March 1st, 2019
- May 3rd, 2019
- July 5th, 2019
- September 6th, 2019
- November 1st, 2019
- January 3rd, 2020
- March 6th, 2020
- May 1st, 2020
- July 3rd, 2020
- September 4th, 2020
- November 6th, 2020
- January 1st, 2021 (annual meeting)
- Member HPU sub-committee meetings are held at a date, time and location determined by the sub-committee chair.
- Monthly HPU General Member meetings will be held on the first Friday of each month at 5:30pm.
